_Bhopal. Before Diwali, head of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Mohan Yadav has given big good news to government officers-employees. Madhya Pradesh government has decided to increase dearness allowance by 2 percent giving relief to government employees and officers of state. This increased dearness allowance will be payable from month of January.
While, for pensioners also dearness relief will be increased by 2 percent from July 2026. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also shared its information on social media. He said that government always stands with employees.Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav wrote on social media X, ‘State government is going to increase dearness allowance of employees and officers by 2%. This will be payable from January. Arrears of nine months from January to September will be paid in three equal monthly installments. Increased dearness allowance will be paid in cash from salary of month of October (payable in November).
For pensioners also dearness relief will be increased by 2% from July 2026. Government always stands with interests of pensioners and employees.’ Government is continuously working keeping their welfare and interests in mind. This increase in dearness allowance and dearness relief will provide economic relief to government employees, officers and pensioners of state.
